As we bid farewell to June and welcome the sunshine of July, we are diving headfirst into the best of summer. We are sad to see that our Summer Camp is halfway over! We are so glad that hte littles had so much fun with the crafts and activities that we have planned! As we go into July, we hope that the fun continuew to grow!
Parents! We want to send a quick reminder going into the new school year, please go SLOW in our parking low. We have littles walking in and we want to keep everyone as safe as possible! For safety reasons, the first turn into the parking lot is the entrance the second closer to the cul-de-sac is the exit! This method keeps everyone coming and leaving in a safe and organized manner. We truly appreciate your adherance to this policy!
Exciting News for All 2026-2027 Pre-K Families!
We are thrilled to invite you to our Pre-K Orientation on Friday, July 31st at 11:00 AM. Join Mrs. Belinda,
our lead Pre-K teacher, and Ms. Tan, our dedicated paraprofessional, as we walk through everything you need to know for a smooth and successful start.
During this special session, we’ll provide all the paperwork and resources you’ll need to complete before the first day of
school. Best of all, your upcoming Pre-K students will have the chance to explore their new classrooms and get a feel for the nurturing environment where they’ll learn and grow!
We can’t wait to welcome you and your children. This is a wonderful opportunity for us to connect as a community and prepare
for an amazing year together.
Please RSVP or reach out with any questions—we’re here to support you every step of the way.
Attention Parents: A Few Important Policy Reminders as We Welcome the New School Year!
As we prepare for an exciting 2026-2027 school year, we’ve made a few small updates to help our days run smoothly, keep everyone healthy and safe, and support your children’s growth and independence. Thank you in advance for your partnership—we’re in this together!
Pre-K Parents To help your little ones build confidence and adjust to their new routine, we kindly ask all Pre-K parents to stop at the “Pre-K Stop
Here” sign and allow your child to walk into the classroom on their own. We completely understand the desire to take photos inside the classroom, but after the first week, we ask that parents refrain
from entering the room. This helps your child settle in more quickly and thrive independently.
Health & Illness Policy Your child’s health and the well-being of our entire FELA community are our top priorities. To keep everyone as healthy as
possible, we will be enforcing a stricter illness policy this year:
We understand allergies can sometimes play a role, and we’ll always work with you compassionately on a case-by-case basis.
Nit-Free Facility FELA remains a nit-free environment. If your child has lice, they will need to stay home for 72 hours after treatment and provide
proof of treatment (sent to Ms. Stephanie or Ms. Mikayla). We will also perform our own head check before welcoming them back. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy learning space!
Drop-Off Late Fee Starting Monday, July 27th, our 10:00 AM drop-off policy will be back in effect. If your child arrives after 10:00
AM, a late fee will be added to your account and the child will miss breakfast service.
