Stephanie McLean has been an integral part of Fayette Early Learning Academy, demonstrating exceptional dedication and growth throughout her time with our center. She has served in multiple roles, including floater, infant teacher, toddler teacher, and assistant director, gaining a well-rounded understanding of early childhood education and center operations.
 
Stephanie has successfully completed her Director's course, further strengthening her leadership skills and professional expertise. Her unwavering commitment to the children, families, and overall mission of Fayette Early Learning Academy has made a lasting impact to our community. 
 
It is her passion, leadership, and genuine love for both the children and our center that have lead us to confidently promote her to Director. We are excited for this next chapter and have no doubt that Stephanie will continue to lead with excellence and bring continued growth and success to our program.
